AMS & AHS SGA's ATHLETIC SHOE DRIVE
TO
ADOPT A FAMILY FROM GHANA
You can help Arundel Middle and Arundel High SGA students achieve this goal of collecting 600 pairs of GENTLY used, size 6 and above with NO holes, used rubber soled shoes. This can include tennis shoes, crocs, clogs, running shoes, work boots and athletic shoes as well as any shoe that has a rubber sole. We have collected 150 pairs already and would love to hit our goal. To help achieve this target, we have teamed up with the high school. Let's get collecting! Please be sure to tie the laces together!
These shoes will be refurbished and resold at a low cost to countries that can't afford to pay high prices. Please look through your closets and send your unwanted, GENTLY used athletic shoes and crocs to school with your child.

NOTE: There is a YELLOW collection bin in the cafeteria. Please begin bringing your gently used shoes to school. The collection will continue throughout the school year so please continue to save your shoes. Thank you for your support of this worthwhile project. At the high school you can drop them off in the social studies office.
