Host a Teacher & Staff Appreciation Treat!
One of the great things about hosting a Teacher & Staff Appreciation treat is that you can be as creative as you wish. You can do a breakfast, a lunch, a snack during or after school, or desserts during lunches - whatever works for you. We will also work with you to find a day and time that works best with your schedule.
For breakfast volunteers have brought in yogurt parfaits, muffins, bagels, hot coffee, frappuccinos, juices, and waters. For snacks volunteers have provided assorted breads and muffins, cookies, cheese and crackers, nuts, popcorn bar, and candy. For lunch volunteers have provided soups, pizzas, salads, and baked dishes. It can be as small or as grand as you want to make it. Some volunteers bring store bought food, some bring home made food, and some bring a combination.
Some helpful ideas and tips:
Breakfast must be set up by 7:00am.
Lunch runs from 9:45am and continues until 1:00pm.
After school snacks should be set up by 1:30pm.
It’s a great idea to pair up with another family or more when hosting.
We have over 100 teachers and staff. Be prepared for approximately 75 hungry (and appreciative) customers!
The treats will be set up in the Faculty Dining Lounge which is located inside the cafeteria.
This is an event hosted by you. This includes all the food, drinks, paper products, set up and clean up. We will coordinate your date and time with administration, and we are happy to help during your event if you would like our assistance.
